Doin' The Robot

Stellabot 3000This picture makes me laugh every time I look at it. THIS is what Halloween is all about - getting an idea at the last minute and making your costume in two days and spending less than $20 on materials.

Holy crap! No joke -- that is almost an EXACT replica of one of my childhood costumes. Right down to the dryer tubing. Fantastic!

I'm glad you like it, Jeff...because I thought it was awesome. You can't really see the silver fabric that she drew frequency lines on.

I've said this elsewhere, but I particularly love this costume knowing that other girls in her class were dressed as Playboy bunnies(!?)

wow! Stella looks really cool.
I had some serious nostalgia going on when I looked at Felix's Dots, Mike-n-ikes, sweet tarts, butterfingers and other assorted candies. I hate to believe that other girls were dressed as bunnies!! no way.

I want to look at this picture every morning to start the day with a smile. Maybe I will make it into a calendar with that pic for each month. Now.. when are you going to post the sweet photo I took of you?

How I wish you could put video on here showing Stella doing the robot.

What is wrong with these parents letting their young daughters dress like Playboy bunnies?!

There is a video of Stella and her friends (another robot and a dead prom queen) dancing and singing a song about indigestion and diarrhea...I just have to see where it is and get permission to link to it.

Alisson! Remember how we used to raid the kids' candy baskets? I got serious nostalgia too, remembering when Sly was a knight and Stella was an elephant.

But how did the prom queen dance if she was..................DEAD?!
